This special practical approach course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of appliedpiping and pipeline technology: design aspects of piping & pipeline system, selection of materials andtypes of pipes, flanges, valves and fittings, handling of those materials, welding & installation techniques andprocedures, and the operation, inspection and maintenance of oil & gas piping and pipeline systems.
WHAT PARTICIPANT WILL GET:

TUJUAN :
Setelah pelatihan peserta diharapkan dapat memahami teori dasar tentang Pompa dan Kompresor, dapat mengoprasikan, menginstalasi, merawat, dan memecahkan masalah yang timbul pada Pompa dan Kompresor.
CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING POMPA DAN KOMPRESOR :
Dasar-dasar Mekanika Fluida : ( Aliran fluida : laminar, turbulen, Persamaan konstinuitas, Bernoully, Head, NPSH, water hammer).
Konsep Dasar Termodinamika : (tekanan, temperature, system terbuka, tertutup, proses & siklus, bentuk-bentuk energy, hukum termodinamika, balance enery).
Dasar-dasar Pompa dan Kompresor
Pompa Sentrifungal (Klasifikasi, konstruksi dan instalasi pompa, standar pompa).
Pemilihan Pompa (diagram indicator pompa, grafik kinerja pompa)
Instalasi pompa (pemasangan seri & parallel)
Perawatan berkala pompa (harian, mingguan, bulanan, tiga bulanan, enam bulanan, tahunan, overhaul)
Pompa Rotari dan Submersible (instalasi & standar)
Pengujian Pompa
Kompresor (jenis-jenis/kalsifikasi, konstruksi, pengendalian tekanan).
Trobleshooting Pompa dan Kompresor.
