Deskripsi

Kerja bersama tim yang dibentuk untuk menyelesaikan suatu tugas, biasa disebut tim kerja atau teamwork. Namun sejauh mana tim kerja tersebut efektif dalam bekerja, perlu pengkajian lebih jauh terhadap tim tersebut. Pelatihan Effective Teamwork akan membekali para peserta dengan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang tim kerja yang efektif.
